Lea Langhoff

This year, Mrs. Langhoff is at Ellis School teaching General Music to grades 1 through 5 as well as and 5th grade band. In the past she has taught music grades K-8, band grade 5-8, and Chorus grades 4-8.

Mrs. Langhoff grew up in a suburb of Chicago. She graduated from Glenbard North High School. While there she learned to play the oboe and it became her principal instrument.  After high school she graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education. 

In 2009, she earned her Masters in Music Education from VanderCook College of Music.
