About the event
Cost & Registration
Registration for alumni band is free! Please make sure you complete the background check form as detailed on roundlakemusic.com/alumni. All alumni are required to complete this form prior to registering for any alumni event. This is a district requirement.
Entering & Parking
You can park anywhere in the high school parking lot. Please enter through Door 7. There will be athletic event volunteer supervisors. You can let them know that you are here for the alumni band. Head up the gathering steps and into the band room.
Instruments
If you need an instrument, please mark that in the registration form. We will do our best to provide instruments, but as the program has grown, inventory is limited. If you can get an instrument on your own for the day, that does help the event run smoother.
Music
A Google Drive of music will be emailed out to all particpants prior to the event. You will need your own device for the music. All music is digital. A phone with a pop socket fits perfectly into a lyre for wind instruments.
Attire
Please wear school colors! No specific shirt is required, but alumni merchandise is for sale on this site!
