Registration for the Disney 2016 is closed.
During the winter break of the 2016-2017 school year, the Round Lake High School Choirs & Marching Band will travel and perform at Disneyworld in Orlando, FL! This trip is also open to students will be enrolled in band or choir at the 8th grade level next year.
Disney Band & Choir Trip Eligibility & Requirements
Students can go on the Disney 2016-2017 Trip if they are:
-An 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grader during the 2016-2017 year
-Enrolled in a curricular choir or part of the Marching Panthers for the full school year
-As a requirement to be a wind or percussion player in the Marching Panthers, you must also be enrolled in a curricular band
There will be after school rehearsals held for both the Marching Panthers and Combined Choir that travels to Disney. You must attend these rehearsals to prepare for the Disney performance. Those rehearsals are yet to be scheduled. Conflicts with the rehearsals will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Student Booster Account
If you want to know how much is in your student booster account from previous fundraising, please email the booster treasurer, Alisa Kronshage, email@example.com. To use your student account for Disney, fill out a student account use form and turn it into the choir or band dropbox at their school. Hard copies of these are also available at each school
All fundraiser information is distributed to the students in class. Additional packets of fundraisers are always available.
Currently, there are no chaperone positions open. All chaperone positions are filled by the music faculty first. If the numbers on the trip increase or a music faculty member is unable to chaperone, we will open applications for chaperones.

We will be driving to and from DisneyWorld. If you are planning on arriving there ahead of time or staying longer and your child will be traveling with you one or both ways, you will need to complete this Alternative Transportation Form. The form should be completed turned into a music faculty member by Monday, December 12.
