Charms Office is a data management system designed specifically for music programs. Every student will have a login for the middle school and high school band, choir, and guard. This allows us used to gather information and keep track of forms and other non-grade based assignments. In addition, Charms allows us to increase our efficiency in inventory and finances by assigning barcodes to instruments and uniforms, and students and parents will be able to login and view individual student booster accounts. Parents and students will use this most often to view fees and purchases associated with their account as well as any funds gained for our yearly fundraisers.
