Where, when, why, & how
Where: Beginning band will take place at Round Lake Middle School (beginning 9/26/17)
When: Beginning band will meet every Tuesday and Wednesday from 4PM - 4:40PM
Why: Beginning band is crucial to each student's musical growth. Whether you decide to continue on in band or select a different path to take, you will definitely meet great people who love to make music with you.
How: Buses will take you from your elementary school once the school day is over to Round Lake Middle School for band and then bring you home after band is dismissed for the day.
Rehearsals start on september 12th but it is not too late to JOIN THE BAND!
Follow these three steps:
Step #1 - Go to musicarts.com/rentals to get your flute, clarinet, trumpet, or trombone. **If you already own one, you do not have to rent!** Click HERE for the pricing guide in English and Spanish. You will need to purchase the Essential Elements Book 1 for your instrument as well. Once you have signed your rental contract, your instrument will be delivered to Magee Middle School soon after.
Step #2 - Once you have rented an instrument (or if you already own one) please email Jori Pulver-Settler at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we know you will be joining us. Mrs. PS will respond with the registration form for you to fill out and she will communicate with transportation for bus information.

Plan ahead! Concert dress for Beginning Band is a solid white top, solid black bottoms, and solid black shoes.
